Nara offers her own unique, intuitive blend of bodywork. She specializes in Swedish Massage and Core Synchronism, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, and Movement Analysis.

Healing: One-hour, one-and-one-half hour, and two-hour treatments are available. A minimum of a one-and-one-half hour treatment is recommended for all Core-Polarity blended treatments.

Elderly and medically fragile: Gentle Myofascial-Core and Myofascial-Polarity blended treatments are available for the elderly and the medically fragile. Half-hour treatments which address one area of concern per treatment are recommended.

Movement: Movement Analysis sessions are tailored for your individual movement goals. These sessions are an excellent complement to physical therapy or counseling. Couples Communication Building Through Movement sessions are available. Movement workshops for groups are also available.

Repatterning: Developmental Movement Repatterning sessions may support therapy for learning disabilities, including ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, and other cognitive processing issues. Sessions for adults and children are available; parents are encouraged to attend and participate in their child's sessions.

Dance Workshops: Brain Dance and Dance Education programs for all ages also available.
